The notion to develop the Valley™,Valley Plastic(s)™ trademarks by Thompson Plastic
and Chemcial Company. This venture was capitalized with $27,000 USD which was required if the firm were to
be a GMBH under the Basic Law of the federal Republic of Germany. Initially Valley Plastics Company was a family
owned and operated business, founded by Mr. Thompson's father
Our mission statement : We will develope
the computer covers into a Patentable Computer cover and computer system, and successfully reach buyers
via the internet. The long term goal is to aquire 30% market share estimated to be $3,000,000 actual sales per year that
will insured by the trademark.
There has to date been limited success to date an estimated 10 total cabinets
at a sell price of $365 each sold in 2007-2009 with no manufacturing in 2010 & 2011 of the computer covers

the standardization and longterm development of the Plexiglas Consumer Products and the distributon of Sheet Stock where needed
