If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may
do so only after you have submitted the initial Contact Us form, then received a followup phone call by an
accredited sales representative of Thompson Plastics Co, and after you have agreed to the terms of the Invoice.
There are no exceptions. You must be an agent of a corporation as we do not sell to individuals. Furthermore, if you are an
agent of a fortune 100- 500 company you must have authority to issue a purchase order on behalf of your firm
and agree to the annexed confidentiality agreement. This firm will under no circumstances submit a credit application
to your firm because that would be the reverse and would place your firm in the position of power over this
business entity. You must be willing to deal in utmost good faith. We will not submit to your will and give license
to your attorney to claim some confidentiality or patentability over the drawings that you will print sign and date back to
us which we designed and created. This firm will not allow your firm or your superiors to claim in any way,
shape, color of law, or structural enbodiment that we made a contract to manufacture your design of the computer cover. Listen
up sir, Mr. Thompson has seen it all up to and including the firms that lay in wait at the patent office, which started
with General Electric Company's founder Thomas Edison. Let us be frank if you want to the lowest possile
price on the durable goods this firm provides it. If you want to be within the letter of the law this firm provides that
too. Thompson Plastics provided this whether you choose to respect the integredy of the Patent Law, which this nation
founded first, or not. In short gentlemen, and most of you IT directors are in your 20's, integredy was built
into this project as when the patent application expired worthless so too did the legal rights of the infringers
to Trump your firm if you buy from us or in the alternative you elect to manufacture that which was made public domain.

for maintaining an open account with our firm. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt, with a 2% discount available
if your payment is remitted within ten (10) days of receipt. We consider this incentive an excellent opportunity for our customers
to increase their profit margin, and therefore encourage the use of this discount privilege whenever possible. We do, however,
require that our invoices be paid within the specified time, for our customers to take advantage of this 2% discount. At
various times throughout the year we may offer our customers additional discounts on our products. In determining your cost
in this case, you must apply your special discount first, and then calculate your 2% discount for early payment. As

Additional Policy Key Points
Valid Purchase Orders accepted however the terms of the sales contract
are set out in the invoice which we issue pro forma as opposed to the sales quote, this is the European standard. The terms
are payment on delivery unless advance payment is made. When an advance payment is made the understanding as to the sufficiency
of the binding instruments are laid out in the invoice, this does not change if you pay by corporate check. If you
do send a check the terms of the Proforma Invoice are binding and will not be changed by any verbal contracts or
misunderstandings between buyer and the Thompson Plastics salesperson or agent for your region of the country.
All sales will be within the United States and all shipments will be to clients via regular ground private shipping
service.
